Hello,
I´m struggling with the code for 2 days and can´t find a way how to get to work more than one button. I want to achieve x button gamepad (possibly 10 buttons) and no axis. The one on pin 14 works as expected but other ones not at all. I´ve checked the buttons through the digitalRead() function and they work ok. I´m not sure where´s the problem at all, can you help please?
Some parts of code are commented so only one button works now, if you uncomment them the code is no longer working.

I´d also be interested about how to change the mapping for the report?

I´d be very grateful for every advice, I can code frontend but these things are very new to me.

More of a question rather than an issue. In your current code for the gamepad, is it possible to make changes on the report map without having to change other variables to deal with memory. I am working on a gamepad with 2 buttons and 1 joystick, but my program has trouble connecting to the computer when I make changes to the report map.
