Use whole a4 page in print mode

Excellent work with pocketmod.
I am working on something similar where I will fill the content programmatically.

My request is that the CSS styling could make use of the whole A4 page when printing since:

  • It will be easier to only cut in one place in the middle with a scissor
  • No need to trim extra paper around the pocket "pages"
  • The pocket pages are already very small, would benefit from using the whole page.

Can the lines be aligned better in print mode, how come they are somewhat misaligned?
