Parse list parameters

Hi!

What about parse if the url parameters contains lists of key-value parameters. For example &persons=alice=2;bob=3.

You can ask the user to explicitly specify which parameters are list parameters, and ask them to specify the key-value expression which help to parse. For example something like this "{key}={value};", or del=";" and eq="=".
