The UdpStream::connect only define the remote address and port. The local port is useful in some situation.

the polling of drop flag could slow down the stream when handle a lot of connections. This could be improved by replacing it with a mpsc message.

Create Vec every loop could slow down and leads to a lot of memory fragmentation. This could be improved by using bytes::BytesMut.

Using the UDPStream::connect method, when trying to send but to the remote peer the following exception will be thrown:

Error: Os { code: 49, kind: AddrNotAvailable, message: "Can't assign requested address" }
