Why same commands RUN 3 times?

In Dockerfile, why same 2 packages are added twice ?

RUN dism.exe /online /add-package /packagepath:c:\install\Microsoft-NanoServer-IIS-Package_English_10-0-14393-0.cab & \
    dism.exe /online /add-package /packagepath:c:\install\Microsoft-NanoServer-IIS-Package_base_10-0-14393-0.cab & \
    dism.exe /online /add-package /packagepath:c:\install\Microsoft-NanoServer-IIS-Package_English_10-0-14393-0.cab & \
    dism.exe /online /add-package /packagepath:c:\install\Microsoft-NanoServer-IIS-Package_base_10-0-14393-0.cab & \

cant install Nanoserverpackage provider

Hello,

Its unable to install the nano-server Packageprovider to install Windows Roles and Features.
I do the following steps:

  • Install-PackageProvider NanoServerPackage
  • Import-PackageProvider NanoServerPackage
  • Import-Module NanoServerPackage

Everything seems fine. But if i run "Find-NanoServerPackage" i get the following warning and nothing happens:

"WARNING: Cannot find path 'C:\Users\ContainerAdministrator\AppData\Local\NanoServerPackageProvider\searchNanoPackageIndex.txt' because it does not exist

WARNING: Save-HTTPItem: Bits Transfer failed. Job State: BG_JOB_STATE_ERROR ExitCode = 0"

So how can i install the Features "Web-Asp-Net45" and "NET-Framework-45-ASPNET" on nanoserver?
