gulp + watcher for asset bundling about crates

Oh, and maybe a git of babel so we can use some ES6 goodness such as arrow functions, generators etc. Not that I want to be entirely ES6 based -- eg react CreateClass still instread of ES6 classes which are a pain with react.

After a bit of research, babel supports JSX natively, and also some ES7 stuff to make react + ES6 ok -- property descriptors combined with arrow functions to make rebinding this unnecessary.

Also ES6 module syntax can be transpiled into commonjs module syntax. We can combine babel with gulp and browserify with ease. I'll do this soon.
