EPUB Format

Hello, I was wondering if there is a way to convert the HTML to EPUB or any kindle ready format?

Second derivative uses quotation mark, not double prime

write $F'(x)$ instead of $\dfrac{d\bigl(F(x)\bigr)}{dx}$. Similarly, $F”(x)$

This second derivative is notated with the character ” (U+201D RIGHT DOUBLE QUOTATION MARK). It should be using a double prime instead.

I believe that the usual way to do this with MathJax is to just use a pair of '' characters (U+0027 APOSTROPHE). Alternatively, ″ (U+2033 DOUBLE PRIME) is also available and should work.

MathBlog links not working

The two MathBlog links in the index.html page aren't working.

They refer to math-blog.com instead of mathblog.com.

Add HTTPS support for website.

Since the website is already on GitHub you could host it for free using GitHub pages which also includes free support for HTTPS via Let's Encrypt, it's literally just a checkbox in the settings.

The "Pageref" markup in this line is evidently meant to produce a link, but is appearing literally in the text. Both the Gutenberg text, and a PDF of a scanned original, have it linking to the "Note to Chapter III."
