I just ran across your app and think it's a great idea! Unfortunately, I
wasn't able to get it to work on the Kindle Fire because it uses a custom
settings menu that doesn't include several of the screens, including the one
for selecting an alternate keyboard.
I noticed that finding that menu on other devices is a common challenge for
users in general. Perhaps adding a direct link to that specific menu screen in
your app would be a good idea as it would solve both problems.

Could you add Cut (Ctrl-X), Copy (Ctrl-C), Paste (Ctrl-V) and Select all

Ctrl-V)? That would make this awesome app even better!

I have tested on the new version, which is supporting the Korean and Chinese.
But, it's not working for the Korean input on the Chrome and IE7.

It may be not sent the key event while typing the keyboard, when gathering the

I wonder I understand your means exactly.

Hello Ivan!
First of all, I'd like to say THANK YOU for creating this app. It's made me
stop longing for the bluetooth HID keyboard support that's so long overdue in
Android.
Now I can IM and SMS from my phone (saving me from opening ICQ/MSN/Skype on the
PC every time I sit down at my desk) without having to type everything on the
phone keyboard. This first version is already surprisingly polished and works
extremely well. No missing letters, little to no lag when typing fast, and most
importantly: No crashes and graceful reconnects, even after killing the process
with a task manager!
And now, the feature requests:
1. A way to piggyback on an existing input method, so that you can use WiFi
Keyboard and a soft keyboard at the same time and don't need to constantly
switch input methods. This works just fine with the hardware keyboard on my
Milestone already (which was a very pleasant surprise), but I'm sure users of
phones without hardware keyboards would really appreciate this.
2. USB support without ADB (haven't actually tried this yet... can't figure it
out). Maybe a PC-side utility like AndroidScreenCast?
Other than that, I'm completely satisfied with this app. Absolutely awesome.
Thanks again for creating it :)

I was wondering if you could make a pro version of wifi keyboard or another app
that focused on controlling your phone from a browser which you can partially
with your app today. I wish for more controls added without having to root my
phone to be able to use them. Especially if you could somehow find a way to
screen capture the phone through a non-traditional way without root access
would be super cool. But controls like accessing voice search and being able to
swipe and scroll and access notifications from the panel within any app and
access the previous opened apps list and take a picture controlling the
hardware camera button's key code/action fired so we could take video or
pictures remotely from the browser with the app installed on the phone would be
some of the features that I'd consider to be more comprehensive. This could
either be bundled in a pro version of your app, the current free version, or an
entirely new app specifically for controlling your phone. Hope to hear from you
on this suggestion. Thanks. Anthony DiMarco

I think making the functionality a little more adapted to an actual
keyboard would be really useful. On this specific issue, a single key
press or combination (e.g. Shift+Enter) to send a message instead of (Right
Arrow, then, Enter). The other problem I find that accrues is in relation
to idle time, for example, if I am keeping a conversation using my computer
browser through my phone via wifikeyboard then decide to play a game during
downtime when I go back to type the letters take a long period to shower
up. It would also be nice if the program was capable to "wake up" the
screen once it's gone black.
Although it sounds like I have a lot of negative things to say about
wifikeyboard, the idea is amazing and really fits my style. I just think a
few more options would make this program one of my favorite.

I use WiFi Keyboard 2.2.1
When pressing the return key of the PC for a long time, in some Android
programs a context sensitive menu will open.
The behaviour is not as expected. Two different kinds of malfunctions can be
observced:
1) It seems that the "focus" is not at the foreground menu but stays "behind"
the new foreground menu.
Example:
With the program "Task List - ToDo List" (LorSoft), Version 2.5
(http://anddev.intbuilder.com/tl/faq.aspx) some actions for the different tasks
can be selected by using the context long press. But pressing the cursor
up/down keys at the PC afterwards, still the navigation is with regard to the
tasks, but not within the context menu.
2) Using Google Mail and pressing the return key when being in the list of
mails, the context menu opens for a short moment. Afterwards, immediately the
email is opened. The context menu disappears beforehead.
------------------
My expectation is that pressing the "return" key at the PC would just open the
context menu as it is the case when doing it with the phone (and navigation is
possible). It would be ok if the functionality would be achieved with another
key press (function key F8 or something similar)
I observe this with a HTC dream (G1) and using the Android 1.6 based
CyanogenMod 4.2.15.1 .

If you are within SMS, you can use your app to type in the name of a contact,
