Buyer beware: This repo has licensing issues

Neither Blestan's original repository nor the additions by M. Poole currently have a proper license attached to them. This creates potential problems when distributing binary versions of MuPDF (libmupdf.dll), as MuPDF is licensed under the GNU AGPLv3.

For details see Sebastian Rasmussen's comment in blestan#1, which applies to this repo too.
