This happens when the device does not have enough memory to complete the operation. In version 1.0.x a "Your device does not have enough memory" message was displayed, but in version 1.2 it crashes instead. This has been fixed and a new version is likely go come out today.

please try the latest version 1.1.4. error handling has been improved specifically for this case.
right now, we can not solve that issue, since your device does not have enough RAM for the full encryption, but in the near future we can think about providing a "low-end" encryption for your device.

as a workaround, enable expert mode and do an unencrypted backup of your private key using an old-fashioned camera. you can verify that one, too by scanning it.
