Add feature to Bookmark Addition / Removal to be driven by AJAX in Showthread

Add ability to remove bookmarks directly from UCP.

It should be visible all the time, with some kind of info for users

My idea - add an icon (next to the "attachment" icon) if you have any post bookmarked inside the thread.

Add personalized notes against each bookmarked post.
(Note: kept provision adding column in database table, just to make use of it.)

I installed it and I am impressed!

I use bookmarks in Facebook, it works in a similar way and I think that many people are familiar with this system.

I see planned features list, I like adding notes idea. Also would be great to create user friendly list in UCP with more detailed info - thread, last activity, etc.
