pyImagePlot

Functions for creating Image montages and Image histograms in Python.

Installation

Currently pyImagePlot is not pip-installable and you will have to download the entire repo and the dependecies to use. Easiest way to ensure all dependencies are present is to obtain the Anaconda distribution of Python 2.7. Down this distribution from here.

Usage

From the directory of the repo, run

pyImagePlot$ python ./montage/menu.py 

This will prompt the user with the following instructions:


PyMontage Menu

1. Create montages from recursively from given directory and sub-directories
2. Create montages from provided CSV files (split by categories or bins)
3. Create vetical montge from provided CSV file
4. Create image histogram from provided CSV file
5. Quit
