The map view does not yet support node/link selection. Therefor the selection is not preserved when switching views.

i just compiled 9add667 and started it
with

./graph-viewer --graph map.json

i fetch the data with:

wget http://intercity-vpn.de/networks/ejbw/meshrdf/map.json

the JSON file is not broken. (" cat map.json | jq . && echo OK ")
in topology mode it works as expected, switching
to "S" seems to make all links to disappear, i can only
see some clients...

is the issue in my side?
(tested with firefox+chromium on debian-testing)

is it possible to feed my map.json with explaining words, so that i can see it e.g. by clicking on a node or link or even have a legend explaining the colors?

libmicrohttpd should support websockets.

This is useful for debugging.

styling using the 'color' keyword in nodes works only in topology mode.
in map-mode the nodes are always blue.

unix socket would allow to skip writing graph data to disk
