Some messages contain new lines (\n) which break the Slack markdown.
Check for \n in the notification messages and replace it with \n> to avoid breaking the quote block.

• Improve Slack authentication flow? Full OAth2 flow likely overkill for expected use.
• Cronjob or always-running background process?
• Better logging with rotation
• Catch and log proper exceptions

Following up on #5, sometimes messages are sent on multiple lines (via \r) but without periods.
The current sanitization ends up producing messages like:

Beam to NUMI and BNB No beam to MTest due to MS2LCW Temperature SpinQuest on standby

Improve the sanitization by also adding periods when removing \r if necessary.

Update the bot configuration to allow sending the same notifications messages to multiple Slack channels in the same workspace.
