Features

Project Setup Instructions

1. Clone the repository: git clone [email protected]:muthuieric/JobSwipe.git
2. Change to the project directory:cd jobswipe
3. Install the project dependencies:npm install
4. Set up the API credentials:
   • Sign up for an account on the Adzuna developer portal.
   • Obtain your appId and appKey.
5. Open the index.html file in a web browser.

API Integration

JobSwipe integrates with the Adzuna API to fetch job search results. The API endpoint used is: https://api.adzuna.com/v1/api/jobs/us/search/1?app_id={appId}&app_key={appKey}&what={jobQuery}&where={location} To use the app with the API, you will need to obtain an appId and appKey from Adzuna and replace them in the API endpoint URL.
