TypeError: language is not a function about ngx-highlightjs

Having the exact same issue. Looks like the highlight.js got updated and this broke up ngx-highlight.

Edit: feeling dumb, but I managed to fix it.
Just changed
import { css } from 'highlight.js/lib/languages/css'
to
import css from 'highlight.js/lib/languages/css'
Looks like in Typescript, this makes a huge difference.
I went far away to find out that this was the issue. Now I want to punch myself in the face.
