How to test?

Hola guys!
Little bit stupid question, but how do you test this shit?
I've built a dll (with MSVC 19.32.31332.0), put it into the game directory (SR HD A War Apart, v2.1.1800.0) and tried to start a battle from the menu - game crashed (see piece of error log below, not that it's useful anyway...)
Is some other specific game version supposed to be used for test? Is the lib supposed to be built only with some older compiler version?
Do you have a scenario when it works for you without any issues? Any hint is very appreciated.
