Backend server using express.js and mongoose for creating REST API endpoints

• Public REST API endpoints accessible by everyone
• Authentication using Firebase Admin and JWT
• Mongoose for CRUD operations to Database
• Secure endpoints for logged in users
• Secure endpoint only accessible to admins

Usage:

npm install

create a .env file and define environment variables

npm start
