Introduction

Hello there! This github repo contaisn the source code of apiofcats.xyz, ie a site for cat images and videos. If you want to check out a random picture/video present in the library, you can do so by going to /random. Once there, you can constantly refresh the page (ctrl+R or cmd+R) to get new cat pics/vids :). There are currently over 3500 images and videos present in the evergrowing library. I got all of them through public sources (mostly reddit) and I DO NOT claim ownership of any of them

Endpoints

NOTE: For the full documentation, please visit the site, this is just a short summary on what each endpoint does

/random: Shows a random cat image/video

/library/<fname>: The endpoint to access all the photos/videos available

/stats: Just a mirror of /api/stats

/api/random: Basically the API version of the /random endpoint

/api/stats: Displays information like the domain, total files, and the composition of all the extensions
