at least INT, DOUBLE for datatypes

Currently the Mechanic uses rank 2 for datasets. it should be possible to creat up to 4-rank datasets without touching the API

The task should have return code TASK_CHECKPOINT. In such a case worker will return data to the master during the loop, but, instead of receiving new task, it will receive back the same data.

as well as the name of the binary etc. The 2.x branch is mature enough to fully replace 0.12.x
