OK. This is a problem.
Probably I need to test newer version of rake-compiler.

I attempted to install msgpack with Ruby 2.0 (x64) but ran into a different issue -
Building native extensions. This could take a while...

@thegreendroid This is not a bug, it's a new feature names ruby 2.0 compatibility on windows. So there is no need to complain, and it may take some time.
