Alert/Toast notification to 'follow'someone covers UI

When another user shares an artwork to follow, the toast/alert blocks the UI:

2. Wait for host to share an artwork
3. Notice that user must press x on the toast or follow the presenter -- user cannot continue to use menu independently

Expected behavior
User should be able to follow user using toast notification, or ignore toast and continue to navigate independently

This is just a friendly suggestion, but perhaps instead of having a long rectangle for showing the (orange) UI, a popover that shows up above the menu would be cool. The popover could appear over a 'notification' icon with a (!) badge that appears when there's been new activity. I'll stop before I get carried away

Gallery-specific lock pointer setting

The multiple navigation options, via the lock pointer, are wonderful, and allowing the user to specify their own option is excellent.

Would it be possible to add a gallery-specific setting for the default lock pointer? I would like to specify the initial lock pointer for the gallery as a whole. Visitors would still be allowed to change the lock pointer just as they do now.

Adobe Login not working for Gallery Show

For some Teams tenants, logging in with an Adobe ID does not update the Teams add-in.
An indication of this issue is when after login the Galeryst home page is displayed in login popup.

Less detailed time format for the capture date

The {{captureDateString}} property is displayed quite detailed on the cards.
Instead of "Sat Jan 22 2022" just "Jan 2022" or even "January 2022" could be enought for many.
Maybe different formats could be displayed by choosing between different property names. Here an example:

• captureDateString (already existing and for keeping existing galleries working)
• captureDateStringMMMYYYY
• captureDateStringMMMMYYYY

Ability to size photos and new possible graphical Layouts

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Recommended enhancements to improve usage of space and to enhance the look of the gallery to be more realistic.

Describe the solution you'd like
I think the highest priority is to provide the ability to control the size of picture as well as the usage of space. Currently everything comes out about the same size and most of the gallery space is unused. Other sites I have used allow a drag and drop or allow you to specify different sizes. This adds variety and allows putting more items on each wall if desired. I also would like to see a graphical layout looking more like a real gallery with benches or a couple of statues etc. The ability to add frames would be useful and was on the last site I used but not as high a priority since users could do before hand.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Drag and drop of items to manually size and place on the wall would be the best. If that isn't possible, somewhere on your site or in the column section to specify size and possibly number of items and location would be another alternative. I included a screen shot of the default today showing the excess of blank wall. Then I used the same size and put in an example that is pretty close to another site I used previously. I like your site much better, but would love to continue to see enhancements as mentioned. Thanks let me know if you need more clarification.

Wing Cover Photo and more Control over Wing Photo Order

I love the new Gallery Cover Photo option. It would be beneficial to also be able to Wing Cover photos. Currently it seems to pick randomly the photo it uses as a cover to represent each Wing.

Ability to upload a photo for Wing cover just like we now can for the Gallery Cover.
Also it may just be my misunderstanding of how photos are displayed in wings, but I would like the ability to change the order they appear.

Add support for narration and music bed

Please add support for:

-- Narration. It seems like adding a narration button/icon/something to the card would be an ideal solution to let the user play sound files that I have previously uploaded. This means, of course, we need the ability to upload asset-specific sound files.

-- Ambient music/music bed. It would be ideal to add a music bed to the gallery and even better, each wing (if desired, otherwise, the default gallery music bed plays). Ideally, if narration is invoked the music bed is ducked while the narration is playing.

3D Experience for switching to a different room

It would be great if you could switch from one wing to another in a way like it is possible from the foyer to a wing. Instead of a picture a text could be displayed "Enter wing (or room) xyz".
So I think about something like a 3D portal, if you click on this portal you switch to the respective (next) room. It would be cool to switch the room in that 3D experience. And in some way the rooms will be chained in a line or a closed polygon.

However the current room selector should stay and not be replaced by that approach. Instead for walking around through multiple rooms in order to find a specific one the room selector would be still helpful to just "teleport" there.

Enable Curator or Museum Accounts to use multiple Adobe Ids

Enable museum or curator accounts to add any adobe Ids to their account to share the allocated galleries.

• The Settings page for curator or museum accounts will have an additional tab to add accounts.
• The My Galleries page for the parent account should list all galleries from child accounts as well.
• The parent account should be able to browse and view private galleries of child accounts.
• In gallery shows, if the parent account logs in, they should see public and unlisted galleries from the child accounts.

Custom Cover Image Upload

I see how you can set a custom cover image by taking a photo of the gallery.

I would like, instead, to upload my own custom cover image.

Guidelines/Tour

It would be nice if I could create a guideline, or tour, that automatically guides the user through the gallery/wing. This predefined tour would let me highlight the most important pieces of artwork.

In addition, tour narration would enhance the experience as well, again through a sound file I uploaded. This would imply that timing would have to set in the guideline, including stop and move timing.

Logo Display

It would be nice to allow me to upload/set/feature my logos, including a gallery-level logo and a wing-level logo.

Memory Leak Is Causing Periodic Server Error

3rd person mode

Specify length and width of a room (wing) instead of number of "space(s)" per wing.

Took me a while to understand, what you mean with "wing". It is more or less a room I think. However "wing" sounds more museum like - right?! What do you mean with spaces per wing? Is it the size of the room? If yes, you could specify the floor space somehow like: 4m x 6m
I think, this would be much more understandable for the potential users.

Mouse clicking isn't working on some galleries to view images.

Fullscreen bug makes bottom non-interactable

When I entered full-screen mode, the buttons on the gray menu bar at the button were no longer interactable (

2. Click on Fullscreen button on the bottom bar
3. When fullscreen opens, clicking or hovering on buttons shows them as non-interactable
4. (Since I couldn't use the button to turn off full screen), I pressed <esc>, and after exiting full screen, the buttons worked again

Allow non-presenters to suggest an artwork?

Though I understand why the presenter is the main tour guide, it would be cool if a non-presenter could click on an artwork they like and request that the tour guide goes to that artwork

Add outer walls to the icons beside the wing layout names and provide the total number of possible artworks

Hi Micheal,

from a usability perspective I think it would be better to also show the outer walls on the small icons beside the layout name (wings) and provide the total number of artworks which are possible with this layout. It took a while to understand the logic behind and that "none" could be one of the most interesting for me.

Gallery Visitor Analytics

Later on, it would be great to have something like a Visitor Counter, in order to see, if the effort building a gallery is worth it. Addionally in a similar way a picture view counter would be great to see, which pictures are the less clicked (and therefore less impressive) which could be replaced.
Maybe Google Analytics can be integrated somehow?

When switching back to the foyer by the lower left "location-menu" the foyer text is not shown any more.

1. Go from foyer to gallery by left clicking the foyer artwork. Note that the texts in the foyer as well as in the gallery beside the single pictures is displayed in the right way.
2. From the gallery go back to the foyer by selecting "foyer" in the lower left location selector. Note that the foyer text isn't displayed any more.
3. If you now select gallery again, note that the text beside the pictures isn't displaye correctly any more. There are just black boxes.
   For some reason, I can't reproduce this last point anymore for taking a screenshot.

Add Resizing Option for all art, sketches and photos used in gallery

It would be very valuable to be able to choose size and location of assets that are placed on gallery walls.

Preferable to be able to drag and drop assets as well as to resize. If that isn't possible at least adjusting size by being able to specify exact dimensions wanted for the asset on the wall.

Drag and drop would be the optimum. An alternative would be a column in the spreadsheet or on a menu to be able to define exact dimensions of each individual asset.
Additional context
I was a previous user of Kuntzmatrix. They allowed defining size and also dragging and dropping to place items on the wall. I prefer your product, but did like that feature. It gives a better visual feel of a real gallery to have different sizes and locations on the walls. Thanks very much!

Local storage for avatar URL

There is a bit of friction in finding my avatar URL when choosing a new scene.

Additional navigation options

Please consider adding a couple more navigation options. It's easy to get stuck/lost in a gallery and a test user just closed the page because they were lost. Specifically,
-- A way to turn around. The only way I could figure out how to turn around was to click on a artwork on a different wall, hope it was recgonized as that artwork (sometimes not, and it puts you in front of another piece of artwork on the same wall you are facing), and repeat that again to make a 180 degree turn. Please just give me a key/button/something to do that. And document it in the pop-up.
-- Add a return to start of wing. When you get lost, its super hard to find your way back. My test user's return to start solution is the close window icon. Another test user had the same solution when they got hopelessly lost. Being able to return quickly to the start of the wing would nice

Ordering Question

What is the way to upload photos in the desired order?
Below there are some screenshots.

1. The desired order, Lightroom. The first photo with the text should be the first in the gallery.
   

2. The first photo in the gallery is the first photo by alphabet, either it is its filename (if no titles are given) or title (tried both variants).

I want to suggest two room layouts with just one additional wall lengthwise to the room.

For the first one the path you can walk looks like an "0". For the second one the wall is touching one of the outer walls so that the path you can walk through looks like an "U". Of course the amount of additional artwork you can hang on one single wall is not too much. However the room would have a lot of space to breath, while maintaining orientation at the same time.
