Add unit tests
There are no unit tests for the library. Add some using OEUnit
Incorrect return type in unit test definitions
The unit tests for LogManagerConfig and DSLogManagerConfig have a test called "SetGetLogLevel" - the return type for these methods is set to "INTEGER" which is incorrect, it should be void.
Inconsistent whitespace
Each file has inconsistent whitespace - lines sometimes start with tab, some with space. Some lines have excess whitespace at the end of the line too.
Configuration is not flexible
Configuration of loggers is not very useful, and it is hard to have different loggers with different configurations (e.g. different appenders.)
It would be better if it worked more like the configuration in log4j
Subsystem name is not output with LOG-MANAGER and DSLOG-MANAGER
The output format of the LOG-MANAGER does not include the sub-system name when it should. The same issue exists with DSLOG-MANAGER.
