Mail address to lower case and check for special charakters

It seems that incoming mail will always be placed in the lower case mail directory. But dovecot tries to access the mailbox in the form written within the database.
For example:
If the database contains a mailbox with the name Test@... than it will not receive emails written to Test@... because it will be placed to test@...

This can be fixed by converting everything to lowercase
