Add solutions in other languages

It would be great to add optimised and readable solutions in other languages like C++ and Python.

We can create seperate folder for each language. I am interested in adding solution in Python.

There is nothing related to recursion as a basic concept available in this repo, I have some basic algo, programs and questions related to recursion which I want to contribute to this repo, if you allow me I will send a PR with this
