Search layer and select it, by matching textValue, name or ObjectID.

Installation

Download and extract the contents of this repository. Then double-click the Sketch Search Everywhere.sketchplugin bundle to install the plugin.

Usage

Just type Alt+Command+F everywhere.

And enter the textContent/Name/ObjectId that the layers cotain

Then select the layer you find!

Feature request : Multi selection

Hi!
Your plugin is by far the most efficient of all search plugins
but I'm more intereted by the next step : selection.
It would be great if we could select all the results or select multiple results.

Broken in Sketch 66.1

Plug-in does not operate in Sketch 66.1

Umlaut support

It seems like searching does not support german Umlauts yet. If I search for something containing an "ü" it will not show any results.

See the screenshots attached you can see that there are many results that contain an umlaut, but as soon as I type it there are no results.

Feature request: Search symbol overrides?

Great plug-in, thanks!

Could it search text in symbol overrides too?

Feature Request

First of all, this is a surprisingly powerful plugin that does a very good job of showing me all matches for criteria, and taking me to the match... great job.

Now for the feature request. I am using this plugin to find text matches for the purposes of replacing them, on a case by case basis. Therefore, I have to keep reopening the plugin and submit my search again. It would be great if the plugin remembered, or had an option to remember, the last searched value/results so I can quickly move to the next match.
