Need to refresh account specific data when adding/editing transactions

Specifically the currentBalance so the sidebar etc updates.

Adding a transaction issue with multiple accounts

When adding a transaction (and probably editing), when adding an extra (> 2) account, then removing it, it still sends null data to the API for that 3rd account that was removed.

Edit Transaction Issues

• Server side errors when saving do not alert user to the problem
• Server side errors when saving do not re-enable the save button
• Number of accounts is fixed at 2; should be the number of splits on the transaction
• Adding an account breaks everything. Need to close dialog and refresh to use again
• Do not allowing editing account_transaction rows where there is a reconciliation present
• Do not delete account_transactions and rebuild. Update instead

Edit transaction

Import: Refresh/invalidate all data

• Need to refetch the list of months
• For any month in the import (ugh, maybe just all), make sure that we invalidate all the transactions so we can refetch or something. Or just make sure it refetches on push()
