How to Create Visulaization Of topolgy

Hi

I have a question to ask .

How i can create a visualization where in my protocol if a new network topology
is constructed.?

For Given a network topology. I have to construct a DFS tree with specified
root . So how i can create a tree view of topology (means DFS tree view) with
node at same coordinate as in original graph. And This tree view should be in
new window (or something like that) so that original topology does not change
and i can use original topology for more algorithm for message passing.

Thanking you
