Using this code

• clean_exposure.R: This script applies a p-value threshold of 1e-5 to restrict the data and summarizes the sample size and allele frequency for the dataset. The script retains the fixed effect meta-analysis beta as the effect estimate.
• clean_outcome.R: This script prepares the outcome data by separating snpid into the component parts and removing unncessary variables.
• map_rsid.R: This script annotates the exposure and outcome data with the rsID. This sceipt also makes one exposure and one outcome dataset.
• mr_analysis-*.R: This script performs the Mendelian randomization analyses.
