Analysis code for extracting density profiles from Rayleigh wave phase velocities which are measured using precision tilt sensors and a traditional seismometer. In addition to using seismic tilt signals in a new way, this is also a "single station" measurement meaning that the density profile would be measured for a single location. The traditional way of obtaining these profiles is to use an array of seismometers which effectively average over the spatial extent of the array.

Move density calculations and plot to new function

Make dispersion fit take into account short wavelengths

Ensure that seismometers aren't clipped for each earthquake

We've seen in past studies that the some large nearby earthquakes cause the seismometer to rail. This obviously corrupts the apparent amplitudes of the waves that the seismometer sees.

Added true attenuation function

Vectorize the dispersion fit code

Implement better optimization algorithm

Use only real part of transfer function

Use coherence to cut out frequencies with no earthquake signal
