Aside #1 and #2 that talk about what this should do, there's also a question of what it cannot do.

Today I wanted to make messages

• echo to a buffer when away
• put the channel into the windows notification center header line when the message is from a channel

It's temping to start over from configuration of others' solutions, especially see as mentioned in #1 and #2 Indeed, I may archive the repo if that works out.

Please comment if there's something in this package that is important in it's present form.

This could be a good alternative to Windos / BurntToast given testing for the PS module and finding none.
