Current card is not updated in response to card history events
If the card history for the current card is updated, and this change causes the card to no longer be due, we do not select a new card.
This results in a possible race condition when only one card is due:
- The user submits a correct response.
- Cardinal selects a new card before it receives the history update event, so it chooses the same card.
- The history update even is received, but the user still sees the card that they just memorized as the current card.
Current card does not change on incorrect answer.
When there are other due cards, a random card other than the current card should be selected. This is a bug.
