I noticed that the annexes aren't referenced correclty.
example:

make \ref{dfs} in main text.

In annexes:
\chapter{dummy}
\section{random}
\chapter{dummy2}
\label{dfs}
\chapter{dummy3}

the A will be shown instead of Annexe B.A...
probably should change these-ISSS.cls!?

• add lstlistings sty file
• add lstlistings examples

Modify style to include master thesis

thank you for providing such a useful template.
I did run a few test with different online conversion tools.
All of them end up maintaining the bookmarks but breaking the links of the table of contents, for example.

Do you think is it possible fixing that acting directly into the code?

• Use different files for thesis/chapter abstracts.
• Use subfolders img in the chapter directories.
• Use multibib with a personal bibliography at the end of the introduction
• Add option for color/bw versions
• Color theme definition and customization
