node-gadu

Asynchronous, non-blocking libgadu bindings.

Requirements

• libgadu (>= 1.12.1)
• libuv (>= 1.10.1)

Installing

npm install gadu

TODO

• Implement libuv's asynchronous DNS resolver. Forking might cause problems when multiple threads are present.
• Implement timeouts for the libuv implementation of resolver.

Gadu.version()

Gives information about libgadu.

Events

List of events. The event idents are numeric constants.

Gadu.GG_EVENT_CONN_SUCCESS

Connected successfuly.

Gadu.GG_EVENT_CONN_FAILED

Connection failure.

Gadu.Session

Gadu-Gadu session object. Use it for server connection.

Gadu.Session.login(uin, password, callback)

Connects to Gadu-Gadu server. callback is called every time a event is received. In case of an error callback is undefined.

The event passed as a first parameter is object with a attribute type.

Update node-gadu on npmjs.com

Hi, I created this issue to suggest you to update the version of node-gadu on npmjs.org as well, so that when you do npm install node-gadu, version 0.0.3 will be picked up and not 0.0.2 as it is at the moment.

Missed libgadu.h file

Hi!
There is a problem with installing this module. nom returns me this error:

CXX(target) Release/obj.target/gadu/src/gadu.o
../src/gadu.cc:3:10: fatal error: 'libgadu.h' file not found

include "libgadu.h"

node-gyp rebuild error

When i am using npm install gadu i have error with node-gyp rebuild
