Azure Web and Worker

This is a basic reference implementation of a ASP.NET MVC5 Web App with a Azure Web Job worker processing jobs through Azure Service Bus.

Requirements

You will need an Azure account with the following Azure resources

  • Azure Service Bus (To communicate between your web and worker)
  • Azure Storage (Required for WebJobs)

Getting Started

  1. Substitute your Azure service connection values in the #TODO# areas of the Web.config and App.config.
  2. Set the Web and Worker Projects as startup projects.
  3. F5.
