Installation

Install libraries and packages (sklearn - django) then clone the repo and enjoy the recommender.

Recomendations with posters from an API

Note

1. You must create your account on TMDB to get your personal token to fecth posters (thanks TMDB for the free resource 😎)
2. The "token" must be written in file "Engine/algorithms.py" function "fetch_poster"

Recomendations

It's completely possible to use this engine for a book,music, ... or any type of recommender, you may change features which determine the content of an item to generate recomendations. This website use a direct aplication of the recomender ; however, most of the time this is just a feature that is part of some other programs, think about Netflix, Hbo and other. No limits 👍
