Components to communicate with an api, according to the jsonapi spec.

<jsonapi-resource>

Interact with a jsonapi resource endpoint. Items can be fetched, created, updated and deleted.

Set api settings once globally. For now they can't be overwritten on the jsonapi-resource element.

"Singleton Element" to display a toast with the error details if any <jsonapi-resource> on the site encounters an error.

jsonapi-helpers's Issues

replace iron-ajax with sth promise-based (probably fetch)

i think this would make the interface much more intuitive and simpler to test.

Remove external deps

• iron-icon (only close icon used, replace with svg)
• iron-ajax (replace with fetch #1)
• polymer/element (es6, lit-html and vanillajs/gluon)

Dont set content-type="application/json" for get requests

This should prevent preflight requests and their delay (see this blog post).

allow global settings to be overwritten

idea: implement settings mixin as getter and setter so a local overwrite can be stored

fix tests for debounced auto-get

im not 100% sure whats happening
