craft-matrixtoolbar's Issues

Feature Request: Ability to selectively enable for some fields

A project can often end up with a lot of different matrix fields, some of which are used as a page builder where the Matrix Toolbar is really useful, while others may be restricted to just one or two blocks, in which case the Matrix Toolbar isn’t very useful. It’ll be great if the plugin could provide a config option for enabling / disabling the toolbar for a subset of field handles.

Undefined variable: fields

Installing this plugin broke my craft install (luckily i used throwaway one for testing).
After installing, every control panel page displays error:
Undefined variable: fields

Not working correctly in supertable plugin

The toobar does show up twice in a supertable field which has a matrix in it. The first one is the same as the main on top (red), the other one for the matrix in supertable (blue)
The main matrix toolbar gear opens in the supertable. The main selectbox selects all items including the matrix in a supertable field.

Broken on Craft Pro 3.7.31 and newer

Hello there!

First of all, thank you for creating this plugin! However, it looks like the Collapsing/Expanding functionality no longer works on Craft Pro 3.7.31. I can use the Select All toggle to select all of the matrix blocks, but neither the Collapse or Expand functionality works. Also the Set Status doesn't work either. It's likely due to how Craft updated the selectors or something recently.

Update

I have confirmed rolling Craft back to 3.7.30 corrects the issue. So the issue is certainly with 3.7.31 of Craft.

it's also broken on Craft 3.7.32 as well :(

Thanks again for the help!

Incompatible with Craft 3.5 or above

The original issue here:
craftcms/cms#7641

Some interactions with the control panel (in newer craft versions) causes the whole js to crash, rendering the control panel useless until reload.

The last compatible version was 3.4, and we upgraded straight to 3.6

Is this plugin maintained?

Given that the last change on this plugin was 4 years ago and there are some issues making the plugin unusable in latest versions of Craft as collapsing doesn't work anymore (#7) I'd like to decide wether to wait for a fix or remove the plugin in our projects as it now just sits there doing nothing. So my question is:

Is this plugin maintained?

Thanks in advance!
