Floor Deletion and Addition Index Falsification

Upon deleting a floor above another and then when we add a floor we can see that the new floor is rather duplicated instead of creating a new floor this then affects the deleting process which then deletes the top floor always

Add City selection after country

Add Hotel

• Hotel Type (Unrated, 1 Star, 2 Star, 3 Star, 4 Star, 5 Star)

Header and navbar scroll when elements are overflown on screen

When elements on the page are overflown and the user scrolls down, the entire header and navbar also scrolls down. This behavior is unexpected and not ideal. Instead, only the content in the main area of the page should scroll, while the header and navbar should remain fixed at the top of the screen.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open the application
2. Navigate to a page with content that overflows the screen vertically
3. Scroll down

Expected behavior:

Only the content in the main area of the page should scroll, while the header and navbar should remain fixed at the top of the screen.

Actual behavior:

The entire header and navbar also scroll down with the content.

Please fix this issue as soon as possible. Thank you!
