Create Job core

We need a Job layer that can handle multiple jobs and tasks in background

Write a yaml parser

We need to have a yaml parser that read the required info from the yaml configuration file and feed the application to aggregate the repositories. An example of such a file is here

We need to have a gitea communication package (repository) that provides all api calls in a centralized place.
This package takes an order with necessary information talks to gitea and returns back the result from gitea.

Make a command core layer

We need to have a core layer that takes the commands from CLI and redirect the command to appropriate function in other layers.
