Incorporate FlangeWithBearingAdaptor in models with FlangeWithBearing about vehicleinterfaces

Trying to change the models I realised there will be no benefit.

To introduce the adaptors into Chassis.MinimalChassis3 would instead be too complicated since this model extends from MinimalChassis2 where no wheel bearing's supports exist. So it would be necessary to introduce even more instances in order to work properly (the frame connector of the adapter shall be connected to some new component).

A more simple possibility would be to combine FlangeWithBearingAdaptor with VehicleInterfaces.Mechanics.MultiBody.MultiBodyEnd in order to have just one component. This component would have a flange connector, a flange with bearing connector and a conditional frame connector. Or with other words, it will be a component similar to FlangeWithBearing with just conditional connection of "frame" and "flangeAndFrame.bearingFrame".
