io9 site is unreadable with this list and cosmetic filtering

Problem: If I use the related-content-blocker and visit an io9 article then the entire page goes blank and I can't get to the content. If I disable this filter and leave all other filters in place then I can read the article as normal. If I leave the filters enabled but disable cosmetic filtering then I can read the article as normal.

Steps to recreate:

  1. Add http://e0a94a2909382aaa3ec1-24ef4fae91757aa3c51f6506fde75c73.r51.cf1.rackcdn.com/relatedcontent.txt as a custom filter
  2. Ensure that "Parse and enforce cosmetic filters" is ticked
  3. Go to io9 - e.g. https://io9.gizmodo.com/writer-says-dead-men-tell-no-tales-had-a-female-villain-1795416109

Expected results: Ad content is blocked, including junk "related" content (e.g. Taboola) but page is readable

Actual results:
Body tag matches :root [class*="taboola"] due to the following classes on the body:

f_only_taboola_on
f_taboola_abp_on
f_taboola_abp_instream_fifth_on
f_taboola_abp_top_banner_on
f_taboola_global_on
f_taboola_stream_on

uBlock Origin then blocks the page and adds the "hidden" attribute to the <body> as well as adding what appears to be a cosmetic hiding rule.

Workaround: Disable cosmetic filtering for io9 website (other filters are blocking the Taboola JavaScript for me, which may be why I don't see any Taboola content, even when the CSS rules disappear)
