Hi, thanks for this container, we are using it in our organization. I just want to ask you if there is an specific reason the MySQL is not setup in a different container.

CQPweb returns a security error (see attached log) when trying to upload files on the same computer the docker container is running on. This only happens when uploading from the docker host.

Steps to reproduce:

• start an instance of the container
• open a web browser on the same computer and go to Admin Control Panel -> View upload area (/adm/index.php?ui=uploadArea)
• try uploading an arbitrary file

In the container the CWB binary location is not part of the default PATH and thus the CWB is not easily accessible from the shell. Because of that tools like cqp and cwb-encode need to be called from their explicit binary location in /usr/local/cwb-3.4.19/bin/.

Proposed solution: add /usr/local/cwb-3.4.19/bin/ to the default PATH for the container or build the CWB with the SITE=standard option.
