How to do analysis on constantly updated data?

Thoughts:

what is great about this transit project is that im learning the limits of my knowledge.

My main question is how do we do analysis on data that is constantly being updated?

EDIT: not just analysis but also pull data from the source I believe an R Markdown HTML code can constantly update this.

How to save R markdown files on Github??

Please let me know.

Storing Data?

Since im doing data analysis, how does one store data? Do we upload them on Github or how do we link them?

Currently, there is no code in your repository. You could create some R code (on your local machine) and add the code file to the repository, then commit and then push the changes. If there were no errors, you should see the file appear on the GitHub website :)

On another note, you might find it useful to create a project in this repository. You can do it using the GitHub website, it is one of the tabs next to "Code", "Issues", "Pull requests"). Then you can manage your project Trello-style.
