Well haven't gotten much feedback / usage reports on this in the past year, but it appears this doesn't work with Snow Leopard. That's not entirely true - it does still modify the permissions but it does not appear to stop the iSight from being usable. I imagine this will simply require modifying another file / set of files, but for now this is kind of useless.
