`/all_requests` returns completed requests as well

Logout functionality not working properly
Once the user logs out with a session, there then user should not be allowed to logout again.
As of now, it gives a 200, if the user logs out with the same session, even without logging in.

Update readme for the CovidAid app.
Replace routes to only allow POST requests
While /login, /logout and signup allow both GET and POST requests, the code abort(404)'s the GET requests. This is redundant, we can simply not allow GET requests, instead of first allowing and then disallowing them.
