0.3.2142.0 microsoft-windows-terminal - Fails To Install about chocolatey-packages

@mkevenaar As an FYI, I already had that vcredist140 package installed and it still failed with a missing dependency error when I tried to install the microsoft-windows-terminal package.

Not sure if I missed something.

@mkevenaar I tried removing the vcredist140 package and reinstalling it then rebooting. Rebooted and tried to install the microsoft-windows-terminal package and it failed again:
