It would be really useful to include build source information, especially Git hash. Something like:

Source: 9fa0a409129e5e22818ed7e6ce9f60df318981cc

(Maybe short hash.)

Currently test report times are shown in the timezone of the machine. GitHub Actions machines use UTC, for example:

Time: February 9, 2022 at 12:03:46 AM UTC

Suggested enhancement is to show in a different timezone and/or with different format. Probably via environment variable rather than parameter to HtmlReporter.

Support InstancePerTest and InstancePerLeaf isolation modes in a logical way. Currently only SingleInstance isolation mode produces sensible output.

Reports currently show commit hash if present in the GIT_COMMIT environment variable, for example:

Commit: 2b3695fd07ef27ed1a462e884e5e7afb5a3d878e

It would be helpful if they can also show a message, if one is present. Perhaps look in an environment variable, e.g. COMMIT_MESSAGE.
