Should it be provided through json file in case a user wants to request different kind of certificate?

I have a certificate in the load balancer that has several altnames that I would like to add. Is that possible?

I think we could add a openssl command to extract the key without passphrase, so then it can be used on webservers without having to type the passphrase on each reload . Or else, we still need a manual step to do.
I think this is somehow standard. Do you want me to PR ?

In the future, after a new certificate is generated, a config file should also be generated containing the used values during the generation. This can then be loaded on later runs by specifying it with the -c option.

If no file is specified, all values should either come from the global config or the command line
