Sign Up Errors are non specific.
If that email already exists it just says an error has happened. The user isn't going to know what to do and probably just close the application. We need to say that the email already exists.
The distinction is already done through the api so it's just reading the response and toasting a different message.

Confirmation Popup On List/Task Deletion
